Mobility

March 9, 2010

During these challenging economic times it is interesting to see which tech companies are struggling and which are flourishing.  “Microsoft and Oracle are about 30% lower than where they were trading on March 10, 2000, the day the Nasdaq hit its all-time high. Cisco Systems and Intel each trade more than 60% below their March 2000 prices, while Texas Instruments is down about 70%.  Yahoo and Motorola are down 80% and 85%, respectively.”

“Apple has skyrocketed more than 650% in the past 10 years for obvious reasons. Smartphone rival Research in Motion has gained more than 200% with the success of the BlackBerry.”
